Sports Business Simulations Establishes Substantial Affiliate Relationship with StubHub.Com
SBS Website Designed to Allow Sports and Concert Event Ticket Sales
March 30, 2003 (Oakland, CA) As part of its ongoing effort to establish a true "multi-content" sports business website, Sports Business Simulations has entered into an extensive affiliate agreement with the growing San Francisco-based online secondary ticket market reseller, StubHub.Com.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to SBS CEO Zenophon Abraham, "We're quite excited about the deal structure and the revenues that will flow to both our organization and StubHub.Com."
To use the new service, patrons only have to visit the SBS website at http://www.sportsbusinesssims.com, or http://www.sbs-world.com Once, at the site, using the service is easy.
All one has to do is click on "Sports and Concert Tickets" and they can look for tickets placed with StubHub by other ticket holders. SBS gets a fee for the sale of tickets on the site.
According to Abraham, SBS traffic has already increased because of the new relationship. "And we expect it to continue to rise," he added.
